Since yesterday, I’ve noticed a frustrating issue with the Facebook app on my Galaxy S24 Ultra. After scrolling past the third post, the feed jumps back to the top. If I try to swipe down again, it scrolls erratically and won’t stop unless I force-close the app.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
- Cleared cache and data
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
- Removed the beta version completely
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. Is anyone else experiencing this on the S24 Ultra? Any fixes or workarounds would be appreciated.
Facebook is a third party app written by Meta and you will need to send error reports to Meta's developers. You can use the "shake to report" feature when the error occurs again.
