Sleep Coaching is to selective.

I just attempted to set up sleep coaching. My sleep hours are set to 7:00 PM tp 3:00AM. I received a notice saying that my sleep hours had to be between 8:30 PM and 13:30 PM, for at least 4 hours, to use the tool. This means that anyone that works within those hours can't use it to try to get better sleep. Shouldn't sleep coaching be available for any/everyone, no matter what hours they sleep? Also, 1.5 hours early? Really???

You can send feedback to the development team. If you are regularly tracking your sleep and seeing patterns you can correct, you shouldn't need the sleep coaching, as much as you might want to try it,  since you get a little bit of a nag when you open the health app anyway.  The sleep app and sleep tracking doesn't really seem to be designed to accommodate people who do shift work, or just plain sleep odd hours.  They key to better sleep is really consistency of bedtime - and a good mattress and pillows.  No sleep coaching is going to overcome bad bedding.

I posted the same issue there too. I just figured there was strength in numbers.

Posting here is only reaching other users.  If you want the "strength in numbers" to have any effect, everyone for whom this is a problem needs to send feedback to the developers through the link in the support tab of this app.
