If you are regularly tracking your sleep and seeing patterns you can correct, you shouldn't need the sleep coaching, as much as you might want to try it, since you get a little bit of a nag when you open the health app anyway. The sleep app and sleep tracking doesn't really seem to be designed to accommodate people who do shift work, or just plain sleep odd hours. They key to better sleep is really consistency of bedtime - and a good mattress and pillows. No sleep coaching is going to overcome bad bedding.
