Enter Hidden Settings?

I did the normal thing to get labs aka y

Tap on version multiple times but this popped up

So, I think you would enter your phone password there.  It looks like a security measure so that someone with access to your phone can't make changes unless they know the password - just like if you want to make changes to or see your security settings.

You can get into that hidden settings menu without password by downloading System UI tuner.
