What do you mean by "my email account disappeared?"

Do you mean that you can't locate the app icon?

If so, check to make sure the icon is not hidden. From home screen, pinch or long press an empty space > Home Screen Settings > Hide Apps > make sure the desired app is not hidden. If the app is not present in the list, visit the play store/galaxy store to make sure the app was not inadvertently uninstalled.

If you mean that you can't access your email account, that would be an issue regarding your specific email provider. If you can't log in, there is generally some kind of password reset available for email accounts.

Every time I sign on Google app to obtain my email, I enter my email.and password and shows error 500
