I cannot post giff images onto Yahoo forums with my Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra? I can however post giff images with my laptop. Anyone know why this prevention by my phone is happening?

Ask Yahoo forums. It's probably a browser or app restriction. It's not a Samsung issue.
