Don't have the OneUi 7 update

I just bought my phone(S24 Ultra) and I don't have the UI update and still stuck in android 14 and oneui 6.1. 

Please is there anything I can do??

The update just doesn't pop up for me when I try doing it in the settings.

Honestly I wouldn't even recommend updating to 7 unless you want an Android phone with a iPhone skin over it

I understand that but isn't it weird that I haven't gotten the update at all. I'm just worried as this is not a common issue.

@kennyajaks The update will come to you when your carrier puts it on their update server. Contact your carrier.

By carrier, do you mean Samsung or my network??

@kennyajaks Samsung is not a carrier. A carrier is who provides your cellular service.

You are not "stuck" on One UI6.1.  You are blessed.  However, you don't have the update yet because it's not your model's turn in your carrier's update rollout schedule.

So thing is. I came from Xiaomi and the images I've seen of the UI is very similar to Hyper OS which I feel more comfortable using. If there's no bugs like I see some users complain about, especially the S23 users then it'll be good.

If you're using an unlocked S24, you're not alone in not receiving the OneUI 7 update. Just a matter of time I guess
