Hello, I started using a new S24 a couple months ago and it is not feeling as snappy as it should many times a day. The screen does not react to my touch specifically when moving from one app to the home screen or moving around quickly. A few times a day, the phone will not take the input like I did not touch the screen at all....my thumbprint(not no print found), double tapping to turn off the screen, tapping an app to open it. That I have to do these gestures a second time to respond. I was use to moving around snappy on my previous S10e phone, but it seems like I need to slow down my touches for the phone to catch up. I have the animations set to off and no battery saver options on. I reset the phone as well last week.
Does anyone else seem to get a delay, lag or a press not responding?
