Is there a reason Samsung doesn't allow for the change of the default email app's notification sound? I prefer to use the default email app, but do not like the "Cosmic Radio" notification sound that it uses.
I would love the ability to adjust that one feature in a future update, but also wondered if anybody has a similar grievance?
Sadly this solution does not work on my S25 (base model) with ONE UI 7.0 This is the solution on this page. Doesn't work. There is no option to pick what sound is used for the Samsung email app. The Notifications Categories for the email apps shows all my accounts and only has Allow Notifications and New Emails. Nothing that shows what the sound currently is or a way to pick a sound.
"Do this, go to notifications, advanced settings, turn on Manage notification categories.
Go back out to the main page of Notifications, go to apps notification, look for the Samsung email app. Turn on notification categories, choose the categories, pick a sound."
