Around May 2nd I updated to AI and I've learned that on contacts made some changes but one thing that was bad was selection of groups was not accessible. Although the groups are still located within the contacts I immediately sent a notice to message AI people and they said they'll get back to me as soon as they are Developers look into it and fix it hopefully. As we all know those group modes can be beneficial because some of them could be medical issues health issues and for the older folks like me funeral issues at the end of time. Where can somebody find our data without having a category to look for. So if any of you have this summer problem pay attention to it cuz group mode is very important to your life your Club friends your best friends your family members your medical people etc.

Samsung 24fe FYI this change to how I explained it the group category is there but it's not on the main screen anymore you have to go to three dots and do the steps as follows to retrieve names in group mode the only problem is you have to go back to get your full contact information following the same procedure. My ability to research my contacts by group mode is available. The following is the procedure to do so; (1) Press on 3dots (2) Press on View Storage by Location (3) Press on Samsung Acct(email acct) (4) Press on GROUP and then choose GROUP name & assigned contacts will appear!
