My Galaxy S24 on T-Mobile wont merge or initiate conference calls. it will show both calls but just spins then I get an error message can't place call on hold then when I try to swap back to the original call it just hangs up on both calls. I've contacted T-Mobile they walked me through a few steps, clear cache and data which worked for the next immediate call. This has been going on for some time now and I'm getting pretty frustrated.
Which dialer (phone app) are you using? If it's the default one that came with the phone (Samsung - green icon), try using Phone by Google and see how that goes.
Yes im using the buildt in dialer app. I wanted to delete it and reinstall it but I can't find it at to play store or on the net even as a side loaded app. I will try the Google app.
