Galaxy S24If your issue does not improve with any of the suggestions, your only recourse may be a factory reset, as much as you don't want to do it. Make a complete backup of your phone using Smart Switch and utilizing either Samsung's temporary cloud storage or a flash drive. Your daily automatic backups contain everything (apps, settings, messages, photos, music, contacts) except your personally collected/downloaded data - those things you have to back up yourself by some means. It's always a good idea to perform regular backups of your important stuff. By making sure you have a complete backup prior to doing a factory reset, you will insure you will lose nothing in restoring your backup.

Galaxy S24You can always try to clear device cache. It won't hurt anything:
1) Turn off your device.
[Your device may need to be connected to a powered USB device (ex: computer) before proceeding to the next step.]
2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.
3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."
4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.
5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."
6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.
7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.
