Camera Error, S24 FE. Anyone else?

Front camera opens but then gives a "Camera Error". Ran Phone Diagnostic, confirms camera has a problem. Cleared cache and data, then performed phone reset. To no avail. Tried Instagram camera, face camera works but not front camera. Was wondering if anyone else has this problem?

I see from your post that the front camera works in Instagram but not the camera on the back of the device. Does the Camera app allow you to flip the camera and use the front camera, or does it not let you use the app at all?

Try resetting the device cache partition. It does not erase any user data nor applications.
To wipe the device cache partition:
1. Power off your device.
2. Power up while holding down the Volume up key and the Side key until the Samsung logo appears.
3. An Android recovery menu will appear.
4. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Wipe cache partition.
5. Click the side key to select it.
6. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Yes.
7. Click the side key to select it. The Cache will be wiped almost instantaneously.
8. Click the side key to select "Reboot system now"

If the issue still persists after clearing the device cache partition, send an error report with logs in the Samsung Members app. The logs will be reviewed and you will receive a response in the Samsung Members app.

Samsung Members app > Support > Send feedback > Category would be "Camera" > Select the frequency and describe the issue including any steps taken. Make sure the "Send system log data" option is checked and tap the send icon in the top right corner.

Last time I had that error,it was the camera module that failed

The front camera is the selfie camera. Rear cameras are your regular cameras. When you open the camera app, can you take photos from the rear cameras?

I face the same problem. Selfie camera works fine in Instagram but fails in Camera app. Rear camera doesn't work anywhere. Device Care diagnostics a problem with the Camera like posted above in the thread. Wiping the Device cache as suggested by Ben_H did not help.

I reached out the call support and the person ran a diagnostic on my device and concluded that the read camera had a problem. They said that my next options are to factory reset and go to a Samsung shop for repair if the problem persists. 

I'll think about it for now. Let me know if you guys get it working!

issure started immediately after the last update, camera worked perfectly before then
