Calendar storage draining my battery in the background

Over the last month I have noticed my battery not holding a charge. When reviewing the battery usage, 'Calendar Storage' is constantly working in the background to the point it drains 10% in 1/2 hour. I have tried wiping the cache (but it keeps coming back), putting the app to sleep, putting the app in deep sleep, deleting the app, wiping cache partition, disabling auto-sync, and I STILL have this issue. It also makes my phone extremely warm and is killing my battery life. Any ideas?

Same here, charged to 90% less than 5 hours ago and I'm down to 10% now. Battery stats show that calendar drained 29.8%.

It's gotten to the point where even fast charging 2.0 is A LOT slower, looks like it's trying to fight with the calendar drainage lol. Wish I could go back to One UI 7. S24U
