Galaxy S24There are hundreds of free themes. I don't know where you are looking. When you open the themes, On the top right, tap on "top", then select "top free" and scroll through till you find one you like and download and apply it.
Also Samsung does not supply the themes, the theme developers supply them and Samsung just enables them to be applied. If you just scroll through the theme selection on the main page, it may look like there are very few free themes because they are mixed in with the paid themes, so it would be harder to ferret them out. If you don't like the paid themes, you are not forced to buy them.
Also, you can download Good Lock and the Theme Park module and create your own theme, if you are the creative sort. Even if you aren't creative, you clearly have an idea of what you want, so you may as well make it.

Galaxy S24So, you want free stuff and it needs to be perfectly to your liking. Why do you think Samsung owes you any of that?
There are hundreds of free themes. I am quite sure you did not scroll through them all. As I said, Samsung does not provide the themes, the developers do. Samsung provides to code to make them compatible and the designers add them to the theme gallery and hen decide whether they want to get paid for their work. There may be less free themes because designers have to make a living just like you do. Also, once again, you can make your own theme if you don't like any of the available ones. Try going to another brand and getting themes - non existent - they give you a few wallpapers.
