Galaxy S24If samsung don't bring back the pictures filter settings back from OneUI 6, I will leave unfortunately, because I specifically switched to Samsung for the pictures. #samsunggalaxy better change the camera filters settings back to ONEUI 6. #Samsung

Galaxy S241. Restore Classic Filters (if hidden)
Samsung moved or trimmed filter options in One UI 6, but they’re not entirely gone — they’re just harder to access.
To find them:
Open the Camera app
Tap the magic wand icon (Filter/Effects button)
Tap the face icon or filter list icon on the right side (depending on mode)
Tap the “+” icon or “Manage filters”
From there, you can enable more filters, including older ones that are hidden by default
If the wand icon doesn’t appear:
Tap Settings (gear) > Camera modes > Rear camera > Photo
Make sure Filters or Effects are turned on
2. Download Additional Filters from Galaxy Store
Tap the “+” button in the filter menu
You’ll be taken to the Galaxy Store
Look under “Camera filters” or “AR Zone plugins” for Samsung-made or third-party filters
Download and apply to restore similar effects
3. Use the “My Filters” Feature
Samsung’s “My Filters” lets you recreate the look of your favorite filters from older versions:
To use:
Open Camera > tap Filters (wand icon) > “My Filters”
Tap + and choose a photo you love (with your desired aesthetic)
The camera will then generate a custom filter based on that image
Save and use it like a regular filter — this helps recreate missing presets from One UI 5 or earlier
4. Edit After Shooting (More Control)
If the live filters aren’t what they used to be, try this:
Take a normal photo
Open it in the Gallery app
Tap the pencil icon (Edit) > go to Filters
Swipe through and adjust intensity manually
The Gallery app’s filters often still include older styles not visible in the live Camera view.
---
Final Tip: Use Good Lock (Camera Assistant module)
Install Good Lock > Camera Assistant (from Galaxy Store) to customize more camera behavior. While it doesn’t add filters directly, it restores or unlocks hidden camera controls, and could help mimic old filter behavior by tweaking processing defaults (like tone or sharpness).
---
Let me know the exact name of the filter or effect you’re missing, and I’ll walk you through how to rebuild it manually or find a match.

Galaxy S24That's not what they are asking for. Samsung renamed all the filters in the camera app. People who use those filters were used to the old names and would select them by name. Samsung went and renamed all the filters, but they are still the same filters - they just have to locate the filter they want by sight and then learn the new name.
How nice that you learned how to navigate AI to answer posts, but you appear to not have an understanding of the actual questions being asked.
