Galaxy S24Hi everyone,
I’ve been having a frustrating issue with my Galaxy S24 Ultra and my Galaxy Buds (both Buds 2 Pro and Buds 3 Pro). From day one with the Buds 2 Pro, I experienced connectivity problems. Here’s what happens:
If I’m listening to music and then get a call, the call works fine.
However, if I then record a voice note on WhatsApp and try to make another call, the microphone sometimes stops working or the sound becomes very low.
When this happens, I can’t control the volume either from the phone’s side buttons or the Buds themselves.
If I take a call on the Buds and then try to listen to music afterward, the sound is either too low or won’t play at all.
On Instagram, Reels won’t play, and WhatsApp voice notes won’t play either.
The only way to fix it temporarily is to restart my phone—but the issue happens again after repeating the above steps. I end up restarting my phone more than 20 times a day, which is beyond frustrating!
When the Buds 3 Pro were released, I purchased them, hoping the issue would go away, but the same problems persisted. This confirms that the problem is with my phone and not the Buds.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
1. Cleared the Bluetooth cache via recovery mode.
2. Reset network settings.
3. Factory reset my phone.
4. Tried every fix I could find online.
Unfortunately, none of these solved the problem.
I need a fix ASAP because this is seriously affecting my experience. Has anyone faced a similar issue with the S24 Ultra? Any suggestions or permanent solutions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
