Blue squiggly line bouncing red ball

My s24 phone keeps doing this to me(see screen shot). 

 It's a blue squiggly line with a bouncing red dot that opens in another window and prevents me from doing anything. Anyone know what it it

@bailey1973 I would suspect that you have installed a malicious 3rd party app. I would visit your 3rd party apps and delete any that you don't need.

If you are receiving intrusive ads or pop-ups on your device, you have likely downloaded a malicious app.

Samsung's Nice Catch App can help you locate the offending app.

Turn on "detect commercials" and "toast history" and wait for the pop up to occur. Nice catch will tell you what the offending app is so you can delete it.

This didn't work for me.  I didn't get a pop up after I toggled those 2 settings.  What else should I try?

Making sure I understand you – the pop up has not occurred again, or Nice Catch did not detect your pop up when it occured?

Carrier apps are the next thing that comes to mind as a potential culprit in your case.

Last resort is a factory reset/clean install. Hopefully this helps!

Thanks for all the suggestions. I figured it out. It was an AI drawing app that was causing it

Can you tell me how you Uninstalled it or the name of the app. I cant figure out how to get rid of it
