Blank space at bottom of browser

Anyone know how to get rid of this? Happening with Brave and Chrome after OneUI 8 update. These are the only apps I've noticed it on. 

I already tried:

-Power cycling

-Force closing and clearing Brave/Chrome app cache

-Toggling top/bottom toolbars in browser

-Checking phone settings for the "full screen apps" setting, that is gone now?

I'm driving right now stuck in traffic not moving at all. I don't think I will have time before traffic clears to do a complete research about this. However, I believe it has to do with the navigation bar hint. It either needs to be turned on or turned off I believe. Perfect timing traffic just cleared and I am driving again.

Failed to mention that, I did check. I've always had it off. Just tried turning it on, checking, and turning it back off. Same thing with it on or off.

Have you tried clearing the system cache and each browser cache?

I did try app cache several times. Just cleared phone cache from boot menu, no change.

Same thing on s23. Came with ui8 update. Affects chrome and webview. Shouldn't, but it bothers me.
