It appears it's only for the S24 line-up but I may be wrong!

Possibly since you're not Carrier locked, but only when it becomes available for the Z Series.

I don't see any beta banner in the members app. I'm on AT&T network and have S921U variant.

You need to have a S921U1 which is a factory unlocked device since At&t doesn’t participate in the betas with carrier models

I'm not able to see the banner either, however, when I reached out to Samsung Support this was the response that I received. Fingers crossed that this is true!
