If your AT&T Samsung S24 is not factory unlocked, you can't participate in the Beta.

 I don't understand what I'm missing here.. I have an s24 ultra and all but I still don't see any option for the one ui 7 beta in notices or the banner. Please can someone help?

Uninstall your Members App, turn off your phone, turn it on again, and reinstall the Members app again. It worked like this for me in the past.
