It is already available for the S24 Ultra, but you have to have a factory unlocked, or T-Mobile locked device. This writeup goes into this in more detail:

No it doesn't void the warranty. However, if you experience issues that are too much to take on, just reflash the official software in Smart Switch and you'll be back to normal.
Only T-Mobile and devices purchased directly from Samsung which are Factory unlocked is all that we know will be able to join
