This is only for Factory Unlocked or T-Mobile locked S24's at the moment.  If your device was purchased as a locked device, then you are not eligible, unless your device was T-Mobile locked.

Factory Unlocked?  Sometimes the carrier will unlock a locked device, these are not eligible.

I have the Samsung S24 Ultra Verizon unlocked model and wanted to see if it's eligible for the beta? Not seeing the banner on my end.

I believe all unlock phones are eligible for Beta testing

Only Factory unlocked, and T-Mobile branded.  This is not available for carrier locked devices, even if they were unlocked by the carrier.
