Hey guys,

I've seen some posts online that after the one ui 7 update users should be able to see the battery health within battery information in the phone's settings. However I wasn't able to and I checked the health through the hidden settings report from the dial pad (it's at 99% after almost 1.5 years of use). The weird thing is that a homie recently got the s24 we updated it fully and he was able to check the battery health though the battery information toggle... Is there something wrong with my device or it's an Ultra thing in general?

Thanks!

In the US, the Battery Health option is not available. It is only present on international models, as the EU mandates its inclusion.

Don't disagree with what you are saying. The thing is both devices are international models both on the same OS version, why the s24 has it and the s24 ultra doesn't?

You have to install a third party app to get details on your battery. If it is not required in then the US, then Samsung should do it anyways.
The company that wants to be like Apple. 😉 Just sayin'.

There's a work around through the phones hidden menu you can generate a report which is much more accurate in comparison to any 3rd party app I've tried. For example accubattery was stating 96% while through the report I was getting 99%. Let's hope it never reaches apple, since apple is notorious for poor battery health...
