I have tried everything under the sun. It works perfectly on my tablet but not my S24 plus.

Galaxy S24Wallet/Pass or Google Password Manger?
Go to settings, type in the search box, Autofill, there will be different categories, select Samsung internet, set your default Autofill manager.

Galaxy S24Hello PostmanLV, I understand your frustrations about not being able to get the autofill feature to work correctly on your device. First lets clear the cache partition on your device: with your device powered off hold the volume up and power buttons together at the same time, once the Samsung Logo appears then release the power button, select clear cache partition and then reboot your device normally.
If you have Samsung Pass set up, you’ll be prompted to use your biometric data when you log into one of your accounts. Here's how to use the Autofill service:
Navigate to and open Settings, then tap General management, and then tap Passwords, passkeys, and autofill.
Tap Preferred service, and then make sure Samsung Pass is selected.
You may also select Google; however, we highly recommend using Samsung Pass as it is powered by Samsung Knox, a defense-grade mobile security platform.
If you are still having issues then try your device in safe mode to verify that a third party app is not causing the issue: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495
Please let me know if you need further assistance!

Galaxy S24Hello @PostmanLV,
Since none of the troubleshooting steps above helped, I would recommend a factory reset. I know this may not be the ideal step to take, but this will reset your device to its default settings. Just a heads-up, by doing this step will clear all of your data, so a full device back up is highly required.
How to perform a Factory Reset:
1. Open Settings.
2. Tap General management
4. Choose Factory data reset.
5. Review information, tap Reset, then Delete all.
6. Enter credentials if required.
Let me know if this step helps. 🙂
