Apps not working with One UI 6

Is anyone else experiencing apps not working with one ui 6? I recently switched over from Apple and I've noticed some of my most used apps do not work in my s24 they just crash. I had no issues with apple and my work phone is running on oneui5 and they work fine on it. I know other people with the s24 as well running oneui6 and they don't work on their phones either. I've spoke with developers on the apps and they state they are compatible. I've also spoke with a few uneducated people from Samsung that didn't even know what ui the s24 runs on so they weren't much help. Any suggestions? I've heard i clan flash to oneui7 any advice on this?

Is there a error message or just don't start or what is happening

No error message it just crashes. You can try to go back on it and it will crash again. After a few crashes it will say "app name" keeps crashing would you like to close or try again

I guess it would help if we knew what apps were crashing.

My IU app is not working and I would like to uninstall it. Not only is it not working it's preventing me from seeing my background app.
