I repeatedly cannot get on two shopping sites. Have tried to clear cache, restart phone, and take them off the allowed list which i tried, too. I still cannot access them. Any tips to try?

I tried with Open Edge, Chrome...I tried their app too (I think). My Avast security comes up and says, you blocked this site. I unblocked it weeks ago. It was on my allowed list. I'm thinking it's my security system. It's Athleta.com

Thank you! I did add it to the exceptions list. I didn't know about web shields. Or the anti tracking or VPN. I'm not very techy! I know basics plus a little more, is how I would describe my abilities! Thank you, I will try your suggestions!
