Stay away from it! They can't get it right after all of time spent developing and beta testing. I'm staying with One UI 6. UI 7 is just too risky!

Hello AT&T Galaxy S24 owners, 

AT&T has not released the Android 15 update or UI7, and we believe it's time to take action. We should collectively file complaints with the CPUC, FCC, and DOC regarding their failure in customer service and the delay in providing essential security and operating system upgrades for our devices. 

I personally spent over two hours on the phone with AT&T, only to find they had no answers or solutions. As a result, I plan to file three individual complaints and consolidate them for further action. 

Let’s stand together and demand the updates we are entitled to.

Facts! Basically what you call, doing the most. It's a little ridiculous. They act like it's uncommon for updates to go through the carrier's approval process and not drop when Samsung releases it. Maybe they should start buying unlocked devices if they're that desperate.

I agree with you some unlocked phones on att network got the update some of them not. My S21 back in time was unlocked again i had a same issue for 4 days to get the update. The fact is they don't even give you timeline. They do whatever they want because people not really asking them and forcing them. As long we remain silent they will continue their strategy.

Maybe you don't needed. You paying them for the service. If everyone thing they don't need it than later on they do whatever they want. You don't ask and you will not get this is in real life.

Fcc doesn't control updates for one the carriers check all updates and have for many years
