Seemingly out of nowhere when just doing a basic task like checking the weather, seeing a quick video, etc my phone will display a message that System ui has stopped, The phone has no modified software, no modded apps etc. This all started after the recent security update that was sent out to S23 Phones

Go to settings, apps, type in One Ui Home, open it, go to storage and clear cache. This should work.
In the future, it is always best to preform a wipe cache partition after every software update.
This will keep your device from accumulating a lot of junk files.
