can anyone plz help me? i have the galaxy s23ultra, and starting today out of nowhere, it will not fast charge anymore or superfast charge like it did always since I've had it. it'll only charge if I flip the cord one way...and I've tried 3 different cords, blocks, and outlets. same result. only one side works and it's not even a fast charge. I'm stumped. I have changed not one setting. phone is up to date. all of itd....

Have you tried cleaning out the USBC port. If that doesn't work
you would to visit a Samsung authorized service center to have it looked at.

If it only charges with the USB C cable one direction, the USB port is damaged or dirty.

You might need a new Official Type C cable. Id recommend from your mobile carrier store, not walmart or Amazon. Either that or Change your charge setting in your battery settings.

I just had my 24 charge port replaced..it stopped charging last year and i just used my daughters old phone instead..i took it to a local repair shop and had it back next day.i love this older phone so it was worth the $100 to replace the port.ive been told the samsung ports go bad easily so be careful plugging in and removing charge cord..also dont overcharge..good luck! 😊
