I literally spent 14 and a half hours on chat with Samsung today. I was lied to multiple times. I was talked down to. I was basically accused of lying until I provided screenshots and messages proving what I said. The S23 plus camera is awful! It is an issue Samsung has publicly acknowledged. Now I am stuck paying for a defective phone because this multi-trillion dollar company doesn't care about its longtime, previously loyal customers.
