Galaxy S23Just because your charger and cable work on other phones does not mean that your charging port itself is not damaged somehow. Could be the tiniest piece of pocket dust in there. Try brushing it out with a very soft brush - like a thin cosmetic brush (avoid cotton swaps as they could leave more lint than they remove), or taking a small fan and blowing out the port. If that fails to solve the issue, have it evaluated at a Samsung service center.

Galaxy S23Hello GoGalaxy, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns about your device no longer charging properly. Remember to NOT use any other device's charger or third-party chargers because they can hinder charging and cause battery issues. Use a Samsung charger to properly charge your device. Have you tried a different charger?
Verify that your device does not have any physical damage
Check for liquid damage: the indicator is found inside the SIM and it will appear pink or red if it has been exposed to liquid
Check the USB connections for corrosion and bent pins
The USB cable should be secured firmly in the charging port with very little mobility. If your device detects a poor USB connection, an error will be displayed
Run the diagnoistic to verify everything is working correctly
Let me know if you need further assistance.

Galaxy S23Yes, have tried all of the above. Samsung charger, new quality cables, etc.
No water damage and no dust in the port.
The issue with wired charging started with the November update. December patch did not fix it. There are reports of the software causing issues.
The fact that the port initially starts charging and then stops and also initially passed Samsung Diagnostics, further lends to an OS software related issue.
Please review such issues reported in the Samsung Community and Rededit.
Hoping for a solution and if that is going to a Samsung center, we can do that.
