I presently had an issue with my phone. Thought I lost it but, when I went back. Found out it was run over. Though it had the case, it was the screen that was destroyed. Is there anyway to transfer info from old phone onto new. Being that I don't have a screen. Because being asked to return it. Already made a payment on what they were asking. But I want to be able if it can be done is wipe the phone so that I can return it. Phone is an S23 Note. Was replaced by a refurb S23 Note, instead of an upgrade being I still had a year on my old one. Even though I was think of getting the S24 Note or S25 Note. Now not sure if I'm staying with my mobile company. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

You should be able to wipe the phone through the find app or Google find. Don't forget to log the phone out of your Google account and remove it from your Samsung account.

Thanks but that only takes out what you backed up into your phone. Not the other important stuff you didn't back up.

Not true. You can remote wipe your phone to protect your info if it's lost or stolen. Your backups remain in the cloud, not included in the wipe process, only accessible by you, so you can restore it to a new phone.

Yes there are people who can take you phone apart and try to access the drive on the phone. Expensive.

Yes, that I do know. Phone Co. is having me pay after I told them. Then being told don't have worry about it. Reason for insurance, yes. My last replacement was about 8 yrs. Love my Note, guess doesn't matter which mobile Co I choose to jump to.
