Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

I am...I have a S23... Yeah I tried a number of times and I never updated it always said fail and gave me a error code.. it started on this update!!! Never had a problem any other time!!! So, it's not only you..

I am also getting both of those error codes. Called Samsung and Verizon, but nothing has come of it.

Yes same problem today I get error 500

S23 Ultra. Same issue. Error code 500 and 412? Contacted VZW tech support. No help. Contacted Samsung tech support. They can't figure out out either. Told me to take it to a physical Samsung authorized dealer.
