Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

And your talking about the download in Smart switch for PC is failing? Not just the OTA update?

Ok so what I mean by "Manually" updating it, is you need to not use your phone to update. You need to download Smart Switch on your PC and use a computer to download the update. Updating through Software Update will cause a failure everytime

Yes it is a first time for me. But the manual update works fine. Download your update through Smart Switch on a computer and it will work fine
