Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

I got a software update 42.0 on my S22 Ultra and it's running slow and getting error code 407, 412 so why is this happening

A lot of s23 users are having the same issue, I think it's bugged updates

There must be something wrong with Verizon's update servers or something, it is an annoying issue.
