This update makes my phone drain it's battery every minute every minute, before it used to last 1 or 2 days active use, now it doesn't even last an hour, the ui all of it sucks, Samsung really needs to re think there terrible design, they need to fire all people that created this horrid trashy ui
Clearing cache and waiting for battery training didn't work. My S23U went from the best smartphone ever, to me looking to trade it in on a new iPhone 15. I really don't want to, but I feel deceived. I'm waiting for One UI 8, if that doesn't fix it - I may have to go back to the dark side (Apple).
My battery has pretty much killed the usability of my 24 ultra after the update. Reddit has tons of recommendations. The results are hit and miss samsung messed this one up bad
Installed the update as I normally do. Never had any problems, but suddenly I go from 100% battery to 74% in less than an hour. I done ALL the troubleshooting. Its still happening, rendering my $1200+ phone basically useless!๐
Indeed, it has been reported that UI7 is causing battery issues. A fix is currently being developed and is expected to be released soon.
