So I have the T-Mobil S23 Ultra but there is no banner to enroll in the beta program. Am I missing something?

Yeah the Beta was released today only for Unlocked S23's so far T-Mobile isn't participating in this beta

Hopefully they open it up in the future to T-Mobile but at the moment I haven't heard of it opening

It's strange but when I had an iPhone I was able to go through their beta program. Its strange I can't with Samsung

Apple has an agreement with carriers where they can’t add stuff to iOS which makes it easier for them.  As with Samsung they don’t have a agreement and the carriers add stuff which makes it hard for them to provide betas to all of the carriers
