Galaxy S23This specific number B2:77:65:03:92:29, appearing with a "Can't connect to..." message on your Galaxy S23 Ultra, suggests that your phone is trying to connect to a device with this MAC address, possibly a Bluetooth device or another network device, but is encountering a connection issue. This is the problem I am having. Is there any solution available to fix this? It is very annoying, this pop-up flash telling me "Can't connect to B2:77:65:03:92:29".

Galaxy S23Well, try the Nice Catch option to see if we can identify where it's coming from. No one wants to reset, but sometimes that's the only way. It's not the nightmare it used to be, thanks to auto-backups and Smart Switch. As long as you have a current backup, you'll be fine if you reset - unless it's an app interfering and you re-download that same app. Have you actually checked what the MAC address of your phone is? Settings/about phone/status information/phone wi-fi MAC address/Bluetooth address. It sounds as if either the wi-fi or BT is having trouble connecting with your own device, which may indicate a problem with the hardware.
- Run a diagnostic on the phone. Diagnostics can be found in the Device Care settings. If it turns out that is the MAC address of your own device, you will need to have the phone evaluated at a repair center.
