Hi my name is Dave I bought a brand new Galaxy S23 Fe. I have only problems with it. As I'm writing this words break apart like Th,I s ? Esim capability never worked . Battery drain slow we. Page loading . Oner hearing tills it just shouts down. Playing a game it should easily handle horra le skipping and video Qulaity . OPTIONS Example I watched a video how to secure my Galaxy S23 Fe exact model. I was not matching up at all. OPTIONS either grayed out or not shone. I have repeated reported this to Samsung. I bought it in July I am told it's still under full warranty. That I would be upgraded to a Galaxy S24 ultra never came. Im still under warranty. At this point I would be happy with a Galaxy S23 that works how it should. Can any one help me how to make Samsung Honor there warranty?

Have you called Samsung service? Have you ever factory reset the phone? Try a factory reset then if the issues persist, contact Samsung and put in a service ticket. They should refer you to a local repair shop to have it serviced, but it sounds like it's all software related.
