I am unable to transcribe my voice recordings in US English. It will get to about 30% and I will get a message stating its unable to transcribe. I have never had this issue before, it started about 2 weeks ago. I did send a ticket in but haven't received a response. I have tried clearing cache, unistaling app and downloading again but nothing seems to help. Any advice?

I'm having the same issue. I deleted and reinstalled the English/US language pack, and at about 70%, I get an error message that it can't detect language. Tried contacting support who was no help at all.

Yes I did the exact same too, I also got in contact with support and nothing fixed the issue.

I recorded two short messages as a test, one less than a minute and the other a little over a minute and those were transcribed. But anything longer won't. Support suggested trimming my longer recordings into chunks and seeing if that worked.

Support is telling me that I need to reset my phone to factory settings, but this agent said they know there's an issue with the app. What the heck Samsung, fix the app.

Well it looks like this maybe an One UI 8.5. I hope not but a fix is definitely needed.
