To Update or not to Update

Anyone receiving notifications for software updates that just keep postponing? Why is this happening?

Yes, every 1/2 hour it keeps postponing.

Try going into your settings, software update and see if you can "update now"?

@Oxford - Yes I see it, thank you! "INSTALL Now" ??? I never had to do it this way, and if this looks legit, I will do it when I do not need to use my phone.
