The Volume button changes on its own

For several months, the volume on my phone has changed on its own.  From On to Vibrate and sometimes from Vibrate to Off.  This happens almost every day.  Any ideas on how I can prevent this?  Thanks.

You might try creating the below routine to make sure that if the volume switches on its own, you will hear your notifications. To create a routine, go to modes and routines, switch to the routines tab, tap the + at the top and ceate your routine. It will sit in the background and make sure your volume stays up.
