My bank requires that I take front and back pictures of my driver's license. My S23 takes pictures of the front just fine. But it just cannot take pictures of the bar codes on the back. (It can take pictures of QR codes, though.) What can I do?

EDIT: Apparently I wasn't clear. I am using the bank's website to apply for an account. The website controls my cell phone's camera while taking the pictures. I don't know if the issue is with the website or with my cell phone's camera.

Use the white balance slider in the middle of the camera app, adjust accordingly to get the right balnce.

It took awhile to figure out what you meant by "white balance slider in the middle of the camera app". I can't see how this would affect my issue, which is not a balance problem.

Is this in the banking app or camera?

You don't know whether it is opening your camera in the baking app?

What does it do when you try to take a picture of a bar code?

Nothing. It could be the camera, it could be the bank's security system.

So you just see a blank black screen?

No. It just doesn't capture any image at all.
