I have a Samsung galaxy 23 Ultra from T-Mobile. According to T-Mobile on multiple occasions, this device shows in there system as network unlocked. I recently switched to Tello to save money. The message that says the device does not accept the Sim does not come up when the phone is restarted, but everything everything thing else leaves me to believe that the device is locked. I sold phone for a few carriers. I still have friends that work for those carriers. I have been told that this happens when on of the phone are purchased from Samsung website to function on a specific carrier. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

You can verify if your device is unlocked or not. Is tello gms or cdma?
