What do you mean? Are you in a group chat you don't want to be in? Or, are you trying to turn on RCS?

There are already several threads on this subject. These are phishing scams. Do not interact with them in any way, not even to remove yourself. Just block and delete them.

I'm not sure you can 'switch out' of MMS because not all phones and even your phone may not have great coverage all the time to only use RCS with Google Messages. Until recently every texts Android users sent to an iPhone user was MMS/SMS.
You can often disable the automatic downloading of MMS messages. Most messaging apps (like Google Messages or Samsung Messages on Android) have a setting like "Auto-download MMS" or "Auto-retrieve MMS" that you can turn off. When disabled, you'll get a notification that an MMS has arrived, and you have to tap it to manually download the contents.
You can sometimes disable the ability to send MMS. Some phones (like iPhones or certain Android models) have a toggle in the messaging settings to turn off "MMS Messaging." However, turning this off often prevents you from sending or receiving:
Group texts (which are often sent as MMS).
Pictures, videos, or audio clips to non-iPhone users (or non-iMessage users).
MMS is often triggered automatically when you:
Send a message with an image, video, or audio file.
Send a message over a certain length (it can convert a long SMS to an MMS).
Send a group message.
3. Disabling MMS Entirely
Completely disabling the capability to send or receive MMS on your entire cellular line may require contacting your mobile carrier. Some carriers may be able to block the service from their end, but this is less common for standard consumer lines.
