Galaxy S23I have an S23 which I keep on vibrate/silent at all times but I have a specific contact whom I need to respond to immediately. I have that contact set as a favorite but I can't find a way to give sound alerts to just that one person. I've seen similar workarounds through routines for calls, but I need specifically text messages from one person to make sound alerts when the rest of the phone is on vibrate. Please advise.

Galaxy S23@kmk65k Enable Do Not Disturb. Then make an exception for that one contact. Super easy.

Galaxy S23You can create either of the following routines:
if: message received (choose contact)
Then: sound mode and volume (adjust volume level to minimal and notification volume level to 100%). The sound will only turn on when a message is received from this contact and go back to the way you had it. The second routine will insure your volume returns to mute, although the first routine should end as soon as a notification comes in from the sender.
This will keep your phone muted, but allow this contact's messages to notify you.
You can also do as @LongHiker suggested and instead of muting your phone, just keep DND on at all times and allow this contact's notifications to come through.
