Software security update bricks phones

The latest software update which was pushed by Samsung triggered Knox and bricked my phone took it to the repair center after Samsung told me to said they couldn't do anything and I'd lose all my data of course I had very little backed up so I'm completely **bleep** over by an official Samsung update talk about disappointing been an android supporter for years an bought every flagship there was and they push an unfinished update which corrupts devices....

The message said its been flashed or made some change to the os

All the supports I reached out too said it was due to a faulty software update

I have never seen that after any update what software did the support say it was

Was a security software update they said it was improper and unable to help

How did they determine that

Not sure I gave them the error talked to multiple support agents and it'd what they determined

Mine bricked on Friday. Nothing out of the ordinary, and I've definitely never done anything fancy with my phone. 3 days later, the same screen has popped up. Bricked otherwise. Incredibly frustrating.
