Update causing Battery drain S23

This update makes my phone drain it's battery every minute every minute, before it used to last 1 or 2 days active use, now it doesn't even last an hour, the ui all of it sucks, Samsung really needs to re think there terrible design, they need to fire all people that created this horrid trashy ui

Still no updates. This 7.0 honestly should have been tested more before pushing it out. It has made my S23 Ultra absolutely unstable with overheating and battery drain. The feature that they removed the fact that you cannot search in the UI unless you close every single app or browser you have open to do is the absolute dumbest ever....if I wanted an apple I would have bought one. The Ai is beyond intrusive and Samsung phone techs are useless.

So i have a galaxy s23. Lately my battey has been dripping fast and often when im not doing much on it. Im mainly using Facebook, chrome, amd email..

I set it to dim the display after 1 min, have low power mode on and set the battery to charge to only 85 percent. It will be down to 45 percent by the afternoon. Im not streaming videos or anything.

Is this happening to anyone else? 

Does anyone have any other suggestions? 

When this phone is paid off, im going to look into a phone with better lasting battery life.

Facebook is a known battery hog. Google recently identified Instagram as a huge source of battery drain. Meta updated that app and from what I've read, it's helped a bit. It wouldn't surprise me if they need to do the same for Facebook.

I think they need a lawsuit for planned obsolescence if they aren't going to fix this.
