I have Samsung S23 phone and Galaxy 6 watch. I use Samsung Health. Is it possible to have Samsung Health take into account when I am sick, eg cold or flu or some other illness?
I don't know of anyway to mark a illness within the Health app.

I have noticed you can put in comments when you take an ECG or Blood Oxygen Level test. Maybe, if you are trying to record when you are not well, you can check one of these and put the sickness in your comments. You may then be able to later correlate your other health readings yourself by searching through the other manually started tests.
