Galaxy S23I don't know of anyway to mark a illness within the Health app.

Galaxy S23I have noticed you can put in comments when you take an ECG or Blood Oxygen Level test. Maybe, if you are trying to record when you are not well, you can check one of these and put the sickness in your comments. You may then be able to later correlate your other health readings yourself by searching through the other manually started tests.

Galaxy S23There are several tiles in the health app where you can add comments - none of them actually where they would be useful. Many of us have been asking for years for the ability to add notes to the sleep tile, as it would be useful to note that maybe our sleep was lousy because we were sick or in pain or had leg cramps or whatever. It may also be useful to add a note to the stress level section or the heart rate section, but noooooo, that's not possible. You can, however, add notes to the weight/BMI tile (why?) You can add notes to individual medications on any given day, but they sure don't make it easy to figure out how and there is no universal notes for the day's medicine cycle. You can add notes to the BP readings (of course, you have to enter a manual reading, so I do it during each doctor visit). The health app needs a LOT of improvement to be truly useful. Instead of adding bogus miscellaneous readings like antioxidant index and AGEs index, and the dumb "tips" they put at the top of the app, they might want to consider adding things people have actually been asking for.

Galaxy S23You may as well send feedback to the developers to add one more voice to the request to add notes to EVERYTHING in the health app, or even just a generalized notes section for the day, so you can add all your notes in one place. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692
